Standing at the Sky's Edge

Check out _Standing at the Sky’s Edge_, the hit British musical. WhatsOnStage gives it good reviews, saying it's the best new British show in years. The story, set in Sheffield, covers three generations and stretches over sixty years. The musical tells a historical story of Britain through the life of a housing estate, exploring the value of community and the meaning of home. Robert Hastie, the Artistic Director of Sheffield Theatres, runs this show. Richard Hawley, a respected singer-songwriter, wrote the music and Chris Bush is the scriptwriter.
