Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancelled at least one week before the start of the tour. Between one week and twenty-four hours in advance £180 will be charged, and if cancelled within less than twenty-fours the entire sum is due. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in the event of cancellation by Historic London Tours. No-shows will be ineligible for a refund.
