Intermediate Family Day - Full Day

Are you a thrill seeker who enjoys outdoor adventure?

Our 'Family' experience day is suitable for riders under 12 years old and their families.

Rates

Participant with bike hire: - £150 weekday, £175 weekend (ages 6+)

Participant with own bike: - £115 (ages 4+)

Duration

The Full Day experience runs for 5 hours

Children’s training runs March-September when the weather is more favourable so we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

About

A day tailored to spending some quality family time together! Mums, sisters, grannies and grandads also welcome, the day is not limited to lads and dads…the more the merrier! The day includes training, bike hire, riding gear hire and a hot homemade lunch and refreshments.

Damage waiver

For all hired bikes, if a bike gets broken due to accident it is the riders responsibility to pay for the replacement parts. A damage waiver of only £25 can be obtained which covers the bike for any mishaps and provides peace of mind throughout the day. This can be purchased in the shop when you sign on to your experience if required. For children’s Oset bikes, the damage waiver is a reduced cost of just £15.

- We require at least 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to reschedule the day.
- Experience days, training days and taster sessions are non-refundable – failure to arrive or reschedule in the permitted time will result in an invalid booking.
- Inch Perfect Trials reserves the right to cancel experience days, training days and taster sessions at short notice – you can be assured that this would only happen due to extreme weather conditions, or for other reasons beyond our control.
- Inch Perfect Trials reserves the right to cancel an experience day if there are less than 3 people booked on to the day. In this instance, we would give you as much notice as possible (1 week +) and offer an alternative date.
- While this is a very rare occurrence, if your experience day is cancelled you will be able to rebook for a date on which you are able to attend.

How to find us



  • Please find map and directions attached, look out for the signs at the end of the lane saying: New Hey Farm with a little motorbike logo on.


Please Note



  • Our post code takes you about ½ a mile away so keep a look out for a tarmac track with a cattle grid.

  • Also, there is little-no phone/sat nav signal around here.

  • We would recommend printing directions for reference.

  • We are approximately 10 miles (25 minutes) from Longridge and 9 miles (20 minutes) from Clitheroe.

  • Please park in the main tarmacked carpark and head into the shop on arrival. Pay & Play customers will be able to park down near the Trials Park once they have signed on and received wristbands for the day.

Important information

The day…


On arrival head into the shop where you will sign on, get kitted up and enjoy a tea/coffee/lunch before heading out.



  • Bacon butties are available for £3 per person – please let me know if you would like to order.

  • Please arrive 45 minutes before your experience starts to ensure the day starts on time.

  • Unfortunately, if you are late we are unable to wait

  • Training usually starts off in figures of 8 to get your body position into the correct position before advancing.

  • As the day progresses, sections become more challenging.

  • Lunch will be provided - if you have any dietary requirements please let me know

  • Head back out for the afternoon

  • Finish the day with refreshments


What to bring



  • We can supply the bike, riding gear (trials pants, jersey, boots, helmet and gloves), a hot homemade lunch and refreshments.

  • Waterproof pants and jackets are available to purchase for £12.

Damage waiver


There is the option to take out a damage waiver for £25 which will provide peace of mind throughout the day. This can be obtained when you are signing on.
