*Cancellation Policy*

Tours cancelled more than 96 hrs in advance shall be refunded to the Customer (less any card fees, transfer fees, non-refundable entrance tickets, non-refundable transport inclusions and any administration fee)
Clients could reschedule when possible without further service charges, or accept a gift card to the value of the purchase to be used by themselves or a third party within 24 months of the date of the original reservation.

*Vehicle Cleanliness and Soiling Policy*

At Black Cab Heritage Tours, we are committed to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our black cabs to ensure a delightful experience for all passengers. We kindly request that passengers refrain from causing any form of soiling, whether through food spills, drink stains, or incidents of illness, inside our vehicles. In the unfortunate event that a cab requires cleaning due to such incidents, a soiling charge of £60 will be applicable.

This charge is designed to cover the costs associated with cleaning and restoring the cab to its original state, promptly preparing it for the next passenger. While we understand that accidents can occur, we sincerely ask all passengers to exercise care and consideration to help us preserve the quality of our services.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding the cleanliness standards of our black cabs.
