Ride our powerful all-terrain quad bikes over 100 acres of challenging countryside with steep hills, water splashes, grassland, picturesque woodland and lots of mud!

The hour long trek starts with a training session on an undulating track to ensure you can safely ride and control a your quad bike. Our experienced instructors will judge the rider’s ability and confidence and teach safe riding techniques before leading the trek on a suitably challenging route over our huge trekking area.

Up to six people can be taken out by the instructor during each trek. If you can’t fill all six spaces we can combine individuals and small groups.

Your session includes

One hour on the quad bikes made up of instruction and trekking time
Safety equipment provided (crash helmet and gloves)

Equipment

We use powerful and agile, quad bikes. These are very capable machines offering:
- Automatic gears (no clutch to worry about - you just press a button!)
- Great suspension
- Comfortable riding position
- High-grip off-road tyres
- Highly manoeuvrable
- We provide Logic ATV helmets and gloves to protect hands from passing undergrowth. You are welcome to bring your own helmet as long as it is appropriately kite marked and in good condition and is a full face model.

Cancellation Policy

Payments are non-refundable and the booking cannot be changed or transferred to a new date or time apart from in the following circumstances:

- If any changes are made (for example a reduction in numbers) we can refund the payment if we are notified a minimum of 14 days prior to the event.

- The event is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. This applies when the Met Office ([www.metoffice.gov.uk](https://www.metoffice.gov.uk)) has issued a Red Warning for Warwickshire for the event date.

- Adventure Sports will attempt to contact the person who made the booking using the contact details provided at the time of the booking.

- Refunds will be made within 7 days

**Refunds will not be made for:**

- Late arrivals
- No-shows
- Participants arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Participants arriving who appear to be too young and cannot provide proof of age
- Activities ended early due to the inability of a participant to follow the safety instructions given.

Occasionally, participants do not reach the required level of control / ability during the initial quad bike training session. In these circumstances an activity gift voucher will be issued to allow participation in a different activity at a later date.

Important information

Here are a few reminders to ensure you're fully prepared for your Quad Bike Trek:

- Quad Trekking operates in all weather conditions, so make sure you wear outdoor clothing.

- You need to wear long trousers and a long sleeved top.

- Outdoor footwear is important. Walking boots are great but a pair of trainers will work too (no sandals or open toed footwear)

- A waterproof jacket is useful if rain is forecast.

Clothing and footwear may get muddy and wet

Arrive 15 minutes early so that we can sign you in and ensure you are ready to start on time.
