A superb way to build, enhance and develop team working for a group. We have run team building events for over 30 years and a proven record of providing high quality and meaningful events that relate back to the work place.

The event will involve the group working in teams of 6 to 8 people to tackle a series of challenges in an outdoor setting. The emphasis is on how the team try to solve the problem and how the techniques used can be related back to the work place.

Cancellation Policy

Payments are non-refundable and the booking cannot be changed or transferred to a new date or time apart from in the following circumstances:

- If any changes are made (for example a reduction in numbers) we can refund the payment if we are notified a minimum of 14 days prior to the event.

- The event is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. This applies when the Met Office ([www.metoffice.gov.uk](https://www.metoffice.gov.uk)) has issued a Red Warning for Warwickshire for the event date.

- Adventure Sports will attempt to contact the person who made the booking using the contact details provided at the time of the booking.

- A participant does not reach the required level of ability during the initial activity training session.

- Refunds will be made within 7 days

**Refunds will not be made for:**

- Late arrivals
- No-shows
- Participants arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Participants arriving who appear to be too young and cannot provide proof of age
- Activities ended early due to the inability of a participant to follow the safety instructions given.

Arrival

Arrive 15 minutes early. Event start and finish times are fixed and it is not be possible to incorporate late arrivals.

Clothing Advice

We're an outdoor activity centre - wear outdoor clothing & footwear suitable for the weather conditions on the event day. We recommend:

- Waterproof jacket

- Layers

- Long trousers

- Walking boots / trainers (no flip-flops / sandals / Crocs!)

- Sunscreen & sun hat (if it's going to be sunny!)

Clothing may get muddy / wet. Safety equipment will be provided.
