Estas sesiones regulares de degustación de cerveza han demostrado ser inmensamente populares desde que se introdujeron por primera vez, ¡con frecuencia las sesiones se reservaban con semanas de antelación y algunos fans han regresado varias veces a lo largo de los años! La premisa básica es que creemos que hay una cerveza para todos los gustos y, a lo largo de 10 cervezas, buscamos explorar una variedad de estilos, potencias y sabores
.
Lo que necesita saber;
- Como puede imaginar, las degustaciones de cerveza son estrictamente para mayores de 18 años y aplicamos una política de desafío 25.
- Las medidas de degustación son de aproximadamente 100 ml, por lo que no saldrás corriendo del lugar.
- Las sesiones duran aproximadamente de 90 a 120 minutos (la mayoría de las veces).
- La gran mayoría de las cervezas contienen gluten, pero también es posible que contengan otros alérgenos. Si tú o alguien de tu grupo es alérgico, comunícaselo a nuestro equipo a tu llegada.
- Los amigos que no asistan a la degustación pueden sentarse en la planta baja de nuestra taberna durante la degustación. Rara vez hay espacio para recibir a personas que no asistan a la degustación en el espacio del taller donde se realizarán las degustaciones.
- No podemos ofrecer sesiones de degustación ad hoc ni iniciar las sesiones antes o después.

Product Specific Terms and Conditions
Changes to bookings of tastings are not possible within two days ("exclusion period") of a beer tasting. In the event that your fourteen day cancellation period (see general terms and conditions below) is within this exclusion period, you will be unable to cancel or change your booking.
Changes to the booking date of your tasting may take place once and when rebooked to another date, this date is final and you will be unable to cancel or change this booking.
Third party vouchers require experience to take place prior to their expiration date of voucher and this condition remains in effect when making changes to booking.
Tastings booked using a third party voucher were voucher credentials cannot be verified (missing, incorrect or expired) will result in immediate cancellation of booking without prior notice.

All payments are made in GBP.
Contract:
The sales contract is between the purchaser ("you") and London Beer Lab Ltd. In the event that you pass a service to a third party (i.e. as a gift), the third party is deemed to also have accepted the below terms and conditions.
Amendments of terms and conditions:
London Beer Lab Ltd may amend the terms and conditions of this end-user license agreement at any time by reasonable notice, including without limitation by posting revised terms on our website at https://www.londonbeerlab.com/terms-conditions, which amended terms and conditions shall be binding upon you.
Refunds and cancellations:
You have the right to request a full refund within fourteen days of your purchase (see exemptions below).
If you wish to cancel your purchase of a workshop, beer tasting or gift certificate and process a refund or rebook to another date, please contact us via email at info@londonbeerlab.com including your name, purchase date, item purchased and payment details. Please see exemption to refunds and cancellations below. We reserve the right to make refunds by BAC transfer and may require a UK bank account and sort code number to be provided. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
Exemption to refunds and cancellations:
Changes to bookings of workshops are not possible within two weeks ("exclusion period") of the booked date or within two days ("exclusion period") of a beer tasting. In the event that your fourteen day cancellation period is within this exclusion period, you will be unable to cancel or change your booking.
Changes to the booking date of workshop or tasting may take place once and when a rebooked to another date, this date is final and you will be unable to cancel or change your booking.
A booking placed with a subsequently expired voucher for a workshop will not be able to change the booking date after the expiration date of the voucher.
Third party vouchers:
Third party vouchers are subject to terms and conditions applied by original seller. This means that third party vouchers cannot be used to redeem against any open dated voucher as experience is required to take place before the expiration date of the voucher. Third party vouchers are non fungible with other products or services provided by London Beer Lab. Requests for refunds or extension of voucher validity should be addressed to original seller of the third party voucher. Once a booking has been accepted and confirmed using a third party voucher, you become a customer of London Beer Lab and are subject to the same terms with respect of exclusion period prior to experience, however change of booking date of experience remains tied to the expiration date of your third party voucher.
Expiration date of workshop vouchers, event vouchers and gift certificates:
All workshop vouchers, event vouchers and gift certificates have an expiry date of 18 months from the date of purchase. When a voucher is used to purchase a workshop or event ticket, the expiration date of the initial voucher dictates the expiration date rather than the date of the new purchase (the clock does not reset to zero). A booking needs to be in place by the time of expiration for a workshop or beer tasting, but these events may happen up to three months after the expiration date of the voucher.

Muchas gracias por reservar una sesión de degustación de cerveza artesanal en London Beer Lab, esperamos verte pronto.
Las degustaciones suelen durar entre 1,5 y 2 horas. Llegue justo antes de la hora de inicio para registrarse e infórmenos si se le hace tarde. Al hacer el registro, solo necesitaremos que nos proporciones el nombre que proporcionaste en el momento de la reserva.
Los cambios en la reserva se pueden realizar hasta 48 horas antes de la sesión; los cambios y cancelaciones solo se aceptan por correo electrónico.
Si ha utilizado un vale de un tercero para hacer esta reserva, envíenos un correo electrónico con los detalles del cupón para que podamos verificar su reserva. Si no se proporcionan los detalles del vale de un tercero o no podemos confirmarlos, tendremos que cancelar su reserva sin previo aviso.
